How to make a crosstab look like a list (crosstab with column headers)

Requirement

It is requested to turn crosstab with traditional layout into crosstab with column headers. Please see screenshot below

Implementation in detail

Step 1: Drag Crosstab to Crosstab report after header

Step 2: Drag Crosstab to Crosstab the left of the first crosstab space

Step 3: unlock cell and make text item for titles

Step 4: Highlight cells and make define contents as Yes

Step 5: Drag query item Year into cell

Step 5: Select the first row, or original header and define box Type as None

Step 6: Decorate the newly define header as below
