How to keep colors consistent within report pages

When generating many pages for a report, or report book (s. the old post How to customize reports tailored to individual customer with table of contents  ), it is requested to make color consistent across all pages. This approach will make whole report much more user friendly. To demonstrate this idea, a sample below is used to see how to keep color consistent for list, cross tab, chart and map. A column Color scheme is defined with Aggregate Function NONE, and Rollup Aggregate Function Total. This definition is generic enough to support list, cross tab, chart and map.
